POOR INTERNET SERVICE

And again. after a few days of bliss and no worries. The internet is poor. Not eeven getting full 5G service. Latency is High and download and uplaod are at 5Mb and 9Mb. This is nonsens beyond compare. I dont like phoning your call centre as the personnel is cold and give a rats ass about service... This is becoming again a bit of a habbit for RAIN. Not looking after the current network status and not thinking of the end user.
