Poor internet/ poor customer service

Tell me why do I have to suffer for the services that I pay with my money..I have been calling this company since Tuesday requesting for a cancellation and I was promised I will receive a call from the support agent ..I guess your service is poor as your internet 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️🤣🤣 but you Quick to deduct my money guess some of us we work with internet all day 😭😭😭 must I lose my job first because of your incompetence???
