POOR Internet Performance and POOR Service Delivery

I have been having numerous performance problems. I recently, Friday 19 Feb 2021 early morning logged a call with rain. In the afternoon I logged another call. as there was NO RESPONSE apart from their automatic service desk. Today is Tuesday and still no living person has responded. POOR POOR service rain. Shame on you as I am paying to render a service. I will look for another SP and advocate your poor service far and wide.
