Poor internet Latency and International speeds

And once again High Latency and poor international speeds. I dont think Rain has the capacity to maintain links quality and keep it stable. Or maybe is it just simple maintanance. This is Review experiance 15 for the new year, will i hit the 100th mark before the end of January. Please sort this out , once again, and fix it for good.

And Once again at 21:34 in the evening, NO 5G internet and only lte works. What is this. Come on guys. This is unexceptable. If you cant fix the internet i would recommend you close down your doors and sell news paper. Cause all Rain seems to be good for is Poor Internet and bad reviews. Please fix your Network.

Hi. Thanks, but this is the normal excuse everytime. Does the Technicians even exist, and do they have knowledge of whats happening. Can they even prevent it.???? The normal excuses from Rain.

And its Sunday Morning 4:50am, poor ping again, high jitter / noice on the line and videos are stuttering. Download seems ok and upload seems good, the latency is the issue now. Fix your network.
