Poor Internet

good day

I would like to express my unhappiness with your service. I always have no internet half of the day when I ask for help. There's no one who can help . I am on the 4G network which is useless and for months now have been trying to upgrade to the 5G but you don't cover my area even though I can see your offices from my house ,why is that ?
