Poor Internet consistancy and latency

Hello Once again. Internet again is up and down, works fine for a day or 2 then like today when i want to Work on a Project, i have poor latency and upload speed. Downloaad speed varies as well. Before you say jump on a cable, i Am. Why cant you give me a proper connection or keep you tower at optimum speeds for your customers? Is there maybe another package or better product you can provide? Please get this sorted for the 100th time.
