Poor Internet Connectivity

Rain internet has been absolutely awful!! When there is load shedding, of course it won't work, but even when my power is back on, there is no internet connection for hours afterwards, and their excuse is that the signal is bad due to load shedding, then when it does actually work, the connection is awfully slow, and if you connect a tv and a phone at the same time, it will then constantly lag. I use my wifi for a max of 3 or 4 hours a day, and even then it's awful, yet I pay a full free for proper internet connectivity. I have had this issue from the day that I installed the router a few months back,
