Poor internet connection that is not resolved by Rain

I am so disappointed with Rain, every month I report the poor internet speed which result to me missing work meetings online. They gave me a reference number on the 8 February 2020, but even today they have not sorted the issue. I'm told I'm in the que, the turn around time is to long for us relying on the internet. Should we just move to other services provider because this is bad bad and bad. I'm so disappointed.
