Poor internet connection
I am experiencing slow internet connection and I spoke to someone but I was not assisted

24 Sept 2025, 15:29Today I did not use Rain. I have been experiencing slow internet connection since this morning and have been speaking to Arin on WhatsApp without receiving any assistance. They informed me that someone would call me and that a ticket has been logged, but I have not received a call for several hours.
THE CONNECTION IS NOT STABLE AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME AFTER I HAVE COMPLAINED.

Today I did not use Rain. I have been experiencing slow internet connection since this morning and have been speaking to Arin on WhatsApp without receiving any assistance. They informed me that someone would call me and that a ticket has been logged, but I have not received a call for several hours.
