Poor internet connection always

Honestly rain is the worst network. You call them about the internet connection and no one answers, sometimes they do but none of them has solution for the problem. All they tell you is to reboot or move the router around yet they know that they are the ones fiddling with the internet connection. Consistency is something they know nothing about. I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone even if it becomes cheaper. It's high time I switch to a better alternative.
