Poor Internet Connection

The Internet service/ connection is extremely poor to non-existent. I signed up for the R479 unlimited WiFi package and their website indicated that I have coverage in my area. To date I’m very disappointed with the slow internet speeds. I work from home and require a reliable internet connection. Rain has failed at being an effective service provider and I will not be recommending this network to anyone.
