Poor Internet connection

Good day.

I am for the third time asking this same question, what is going on with the network for the router titled "O'Reilly Road" because it has had either terrible network or no network at all for days now.. and has the network issue for the one titled "11th Road" been fixed??

I don't understand why my last chatbox was closed without there being an answer or resolution reached. literally been with yall for YEARS and the customer service is still just as whack as it was 5 years ago.
