Poor Internet Connection
I have been experiencing extremely bad internet connection, for the past several weeks. I tried calling the ISP and was informed a Technician will call me. I have not received any call. I tried even making a follow. This impacting my work as I work from home. What one should do to get rain to fix the issue. What does it take for you to ensure my issue is fixed much as you are fast running into my account???

25 Sept 2025, 17:45I am still experiencing slow internet connection. I have called several times requesting assistance. What must i do? This is impacting my work as work remotely. I get disconnected while busy working. You tell me of stable signal without thoroughly investigating the issue. Your pathetic and mediocre response is not resolving the issue I have been experiencing for over 2 weeks. Are you going to resolve the issue or not?????

Rain you are very pathetic, I keep on telling you that I am experiencing poor internet connection, network keeps dropping, the latency, download and upload are very poor. I get disconnected while busy working. You tell me of stable signal without thoroughly investigating the issue. Upload Speed: 1.02 to 2 . That is everyday for the past 2 weeks or.more. Why is Rain not having the decency to call me amd properly look into the issue. You even make your replies private so that the world cannot see what type of a company you are. My internet speed cannot even get to 5 mbps , yet you have time and energy to to text here instead of calling and look into the issue
