Poor Expensive Service!!!!

It's now 2 days with the tower down and no reply to the request on what's the way forward, this is becoming an expense calling and buying data on a daily basis. If you can't fix problems that you can see from the office it shows you don't care about your clients who are paying every month not even a discount for the expenses i had to incur because of the poor expensive service.
