POOR DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
I have purchased a sim card from clicks and went through all the activation stages, it has been on the Rica bar since Sunday the 23 Aug 2020, today is Wednesday 26 Aug 2020. we cannot contact rain to resolve this issue, nothing has been communicated. no link has been sent. we scanned and emailed all documents and still no feedback. your service is really disappointing and I will never refer anyone to use your services.
