Poor Delivery service

I placed an order on the 3-05-2022 , order number ***. a full payment has been made! i was advise that it will take 5 to 7 business days, i was called and told that i will only receive this router on the 13-05-2022 8 business days later... I basically paid for something i'm not using, i desperately need this router for work purposes... Please Help!!!
