Poor

I have been using Rain for sometime and I recently check my internet speed my speed was worse than a LTE network while I am paying for a 100mbps i was only getting 20mbps they recently sent a technician to check my connection he kind of improved the speed but my question is why did they take my money and never gave me the service i paid for

This morning and still dont have a signal i called their call centre they did not know when my service will be back

Rain your service is bad and how could you take money from while your service is like this
