Poor customer support.

You guys should really work on getting a call center for your company because this customer support of yours is not efficient you request assistance and even after two weeks you do not get any form of feedback at all. My internet is very slow it keeps on disconnecting I want to make payment to your account I don't know how please get back to me asap because my patience is running out now.
