Poor Customer Serviceand Support
I've been contacting Rain this entire week with no success. Everytime I have to explain my situation and problem to a new consultant. They reply by saying they can't assist us. This is nonsense! Nobody gets back to me or solve the problem. Their App and Website is definitely problematic. You can't enter your adress to submit an issue. I wonder if this is how they avoid their customers. I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed.

I'm in the Ruimsig area. Towers are under maintenance. Apparently fixed the same night. I've made several calls each time to a different call centre support agent. I've received several emails with referenc numbers. Nothing. After doing some research I see that I'm not the only Client that has been crying and complaining.
