POOR customer service!21173

I've been a Rain customer since 2020 and never had a major problem until recently when I wanted to cancel my subscription. I cancelled but a debit still went through and nobody is available to assist on this matter. I've made numerous attempts to call and log in a complaint but unfortunately, no response whatsoever.

Very poor service and bad customer care!!!!
