poor Customer service-************* company-*****

I have made a huge mistake by trusting this company.Terrible.poor and mediocre customer service.I have requested them to desactive my account because i moved out and now use other fibre provided at my place, instead of proceed with my account cancellation and come to collect their router.The system keep charging me over and over again.They deny that i didnt pay,they are expecting me to pay again. They are very dishonnest and *******ed,bad-intentioned people i have ever met.I wouldnt have trust their service.They trap people ,once you are their customer,to get rid of them is not easy.Very disapointing.Never try their service.
