POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - RAIN MOBILE

I'm really disappointed with the service I have received from RAIN since trying to sign up in March. I signed up for the service a week before our country went in to a national lockdown. I do understand that this has caused delays with regards to deliveries.

At this stage 91 days have past and I'm yet to receive the router that I ordered on the 19th March. I have logged multiple tickets with the rain customer service center and I received an automated response to contact RAM and query my delivery. The contact center cannot even provide me with a reference number for this.
