Poor Customer Service Poor Communication

Good day Rain,

I have been trying to get assistance for weeks now regarding my ZTE faulty router I have called I have logged tickets on the website but still no help I don’t know how your service is I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time now and the service I receive is really disappointing you constantly increasing prices but never improve your service.

Please assist for the 100th time this ZTE router constantly switches off and loses network for a long time it needs to be replaced with a better router eg Huawei your agents keep asking me to troubleshoot without really listening to my query,
