Poor customer service - non working sim

Extremely disappointment with the service received from Rain. Been struggling for a full month with sims that are not working. I recieved 4 sim cards and I have been debited for something that isnt working. Its now 2 weeks that this issue has been logged with their technical team and not even a call with feedback. The support line just rings and no one picks up. Terrible customer service!
