POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE # No connection

Hello I have ben n having no connection since 07 January 2023. I notified Rain support & I called their customer care million times but its answered by a consultants who are in India & were not helpful at all as they were all clueless. I am still without connection - I work from home & I had to buy data. My account with Rain is up-to date I am paying for a service that I am not getting. This is so unfair
