Poor customer service from Rain.

My rain router worked for a month and then after it didn’t switch on, got in touch with the support service team and I was told that they will send a replacement router. It’s been two weeks, they don’t communicate unless I give them a call. Every time I call I am being told the same story that they will send a replacement. Again it’s been TWO WEEKS. I’ve exhausted my phone data and at the moment I can not work nor access the internet. So unprofessional of their service. They keeping taking me back and forth.
