Poor customer service from Rain

On the 24th March 2020 ordered a 4g router with rain my account was debited with an amount of R699. 00 Evers since I haven't head anything from them I did some follow up with them via e-mail and also with their support chat online but still no answer I have made a follow up with Ram and my parcel is no were to be found I need answers from Rain as I needed this 4g for work with the current situation of Lockdown but they failed me I'm really not happy with the poor customer service I'm receiving
