Poor Customer Service from RAIN

Poor network, poor service and poor customer care. I have network issues with the said network provider, I brought it to their attention and have not received any sort of communication whatsoever regarding the issues I have. I was then promised a follow-up call from the supervisor named Sufian, I asked that he calls me by 10am the next morning to at least tell me what would be the solution to my situation which I have not received to this day. So annoyed to be paying services from this company 😡
