Poor customer service from both RAIN&RAM
I app**** for a month to month deal with Rain and I paid the contract subscription on the 9th of January 2023 which is the same day I app**** for the contract, but to date I have not received the SIM. When I call Rain they keep on telling me I will receive the SIM and calls when theybare at the delivery address, yet they cannot provide TAT. Today I spoke with Irfaan and explain my query, but the agent just muted the call till it go disconnected it when I advised him of my grivience. I need to be contacted ASAP.
