Poor Customer service

Good day Kindly assist with this disgusting company called Rain now its for the third time complaining about one thing over and over, last of last I complained about debit order even last month same thing to change from 15th to 31st it hasn't been changed yet, I spoke to that *********** consultant and promised to fixed everything but she did not do that, what kind of service is this disgusting and I'm sick and tired of this disgusting customer service and pathetic company if you don't resume my service please cancel it because I'm tired of saying same over and over again.Pathetic
