Poor customer service - Difficult to Cancel the service.

I logged a call for my service (internet) to be cancelled as there is hardly coverage from RAIN, one of their consultant then phoned me and confirmed the cancellation and also stated that I should receive an sms and email stating that my services are cancelled, still waiting today - Can my services please be cancelled I no longer need RAIN and it is extremely difficult to cancel when you want to, seems as if the options are hidden.
