Poor Customer Service, Delayed Responses, and Unresolved Delivery Issues with Rain

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Rain.

Customer service is practically non-existent. I was informed that a ticket had been opened, but no one ever contacted me back. The only way to get any response was to continuously call in myself, which is frustrating and time-consuming.

The response time is unacceptable — I waited almost three weeks just to receive a basic update. There is no sense of urgency or proper communication from their support team.

To make matters worse, the delivery experience was terrible. The delivery driver left with my package without resolving the issue, and there was no proper follow-up or accountability from Rain afterwards.

Overall, the service is disorganised, communication is poor, and support is unreliable. I would not recommend Rain to anyone expecting efficient service or proper customer care.
