Poor Customer Service

Absolutely disappointed in the treatment received. I have been a loyal customer since Rain's launch. I have made attempts to downgrade my subscription with no success. Numerous emails sent, no response. Customer service agent was clueless and unable to help with my query...I was told to call again the following day. Seems like cancellation is the only option left.
