Poor Customer Service & Communication

This is honestly the worse company to deal with! My internet was working fine until since 10July & 25 phone calls later. I still do not have any connectivity! Earlier today I was promised that someone will be calling me before 17h00. Still waiting. I will be cancelling my contract now! Also requesting a refund for services not rendered that was paid for in advance! Do yourself a favour do not subscribe, as you will not be doing yourself any favours.
