Poor Customer Service by Rain Network

Today my wifi has been down the whole day, when I log the call no one attended to it. I called their call centre support for assistance I was holding for 30 minutes until it dropped and I called again hold for 10 minutes and stopped.

Rian customer service is rediculous and I am now tired. Everytime I try to terminate they tell me about the penalty I should pay which is a threat. Last month they promised me additional sim for data I waited for 3 days until I told them not to bring it anymore because they wasted 3 days of my time which is very precious.

I dont know what I am paying for because their network is now more down even when there is no loadshedding its down. Worst of them all is that when you call the call centre support no one picks up and I ended up wasting my airtime.

Rain service is awful and they don't treat their customer with respect and dignity they deserve.
