Poor Customer Service

Due to Loadshedding, I seem to experince no INTERNET. My internet has been off for 4days now (with me trying to reset the router or move the router around). So I decided to call RAIN today to find out what is the issue. The consultant who took my call sounded like he does NOT even wanna speak to me. He sounded so DEAD like I was boring him. Name: Sphiwe Majola Firstly, he asked for me cell number, which I provided. Then he tell me that i am in my router is in Sandton while my router is at home. Sandton is were I work and I don't take my router anywhere with me (Stays at home). I told him this, he keeps saying my profile showing Sandton. How is my profile and my router connected? Still he couldn't answer me. WOW, I am appalled by the service RAIN gave me today. After being with them for so many year. Mayb now its time I found another service provider.
