Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issues

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Rain. Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service team, I've been met with complete disregard and a lack of assistance.

I've been incorrectly charged for services I haven't used, and my requests for a detailed breakdown of the charges and cancellation of the debt have been ignored. The debt collectors have been harassing me, and Rain's customer service team seems uninterested in resolving the issue.

I've tried contacting them via email and phone, but my queries remain unanswered. It's unacceptable for a company to treat customers with such disregard and neglect.

Until Rain takes concrete steps to address customer complaints and improve their service, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.
