Poor Customer Service and Product

Even one star is too much, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their router doesn't work and all they say is a specialist will call you immediately, I've waited and never received a call in the past for a specialist. They disconnect the line while you are still speaking. Overall worst customer service I have ever received. I wouldn't recommend any one joining them as a result I am terminating my service today.
