Poor customer service and no network

If I could give rain a zero star I would. They have pathetic coverage and their customer service is even worse. Why charge the customer when there is no network. One agent agrees to refund for days where there is no network and other agents pretend like usage and coverage is normal. They ****ing people. Don't use their service.
