Poor Customer Service and INTERNET

Well no word would explain how *** (in plain Afrikaans ) this call Centre and support is. rain in the Vaal Triangle works for 3 days the 6 days on of. I have been struggling with high latency and poor uploads and downloads even if the 5G bars on router is full. The unit is an outside unit FYI. Every time you call the support Centre, you get helped by *********** support staff that cant even spell properly and cant assist, and you always get told a ticket has been logged and someone will come back to you. Maybe 1 call i got to say they looking onto my issue, this is on day 3. Im on day 4 and still very ****** **** network and no desired speed. just a pity vumatel is just as *** in my area, if there is anyone reading this, from another ISP, what is my options. No MTN 5G here yet or Vodacom. This is such a problem for me at this point. BTW Rain has no sense of urgency helping a client. They just dont CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
