Poor customer service after sign up concluded

Was connected for about 2 weeks and then nothing was working and I can not get ahold of anyone from this company to assist me. I have been without internet for 5 days and finally spoke to someone yesterday who promised that they will send out a technician. They refused to allow us to schedule a time for the technician to come and just said that they will call me. When the technician called he couldn't accommodate my times (I am working from office and have to work around this schedule) and he left it at that. I called Rain again and tried to reschedule a time where this can be sorted out, but all I am getting is that they cannot give me a time. I am very frustrated with this whole experience and do not understand why I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I gave it some time for them to sort out but I will not continue with this service provider.
