Called to speak to support with regards to connectivity for an Xbox, been put on hold for the past hour with no response, wasting my airtime. It's honestly pathetic how poor the customer service is and lack of support.

We explained to the technician that some of the games do not load, we were advised it is a setting issue with our Internet service provider
