Poor customer service!

My first impression of Rain is shocking. Got my sim yesterday, Rica done but not working. Logged a call at 8 when they opened for business, told that they would come back to me. Called back after 3 just to get dressed down by some arrogant youngster telling me they have up to 48 hours to resolve issues and I should stop wasting my money calling them, they will call me when they are ready. Wish I knew sooner. I am not hopeful for this ongoing relationship.
