poor customer service

I got this product on Wednesday 24 November it was never online not once this company kept saying that they have escalated this but no one seems to respond they really don't care I really hoped they would be game changers but unfortunately they are chancers I want my Refund I cancelled it before the 7 days , imagine they even count weekend how evil.
