Poor customer service

worst customer service when it comes to issues from customer side. Logged a ticket months ago but it was to no avail,the called me a month ago another and i raised my query again,They promised to call me back but no communication from them to this day,you log ticket after ticket but they dont call back.I'm paying for data that i cant use each month now.
