Poor Customer Service

They have horrible customer support and customer care, I logged a ticket for a refund on my Rain account that was canceled the month before. I then requested an update which created a new ticket. The original ticket got a response to say it was closed and merged into the new ticket without any further feedback from them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still no feedback from them at all.
