Poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My modem was personalized and reset itself to Huawei settings. I wanted to change it back in to previous personal settings, but struggled. I decided to get hold of Rain customer support. A lady named Leandra Teboko was very unfriendly and inpatient. She could not even direct me on where to find the IP number, I had to figure it out by myself. She just told me to insert the number on the internet and did not state clearly whether Google or Chrome. While trying to insert the IP number, she continued to ask me if there's anything else she could help me with. When asked for details to lodge a complaint, I was informed that there are not such services available. I asked for her supervisor and were place on hold, she returned and said that the supervisor is not available, and that she will escalate my complaint, and needs my contact number for the supervisor to get hold of me. I am a paying client and do not deserve such poor *********** service.
