Poor customer service

I'm trying to get a hold of customer service but no avail there is no answer to my previous messages I left. I did ask if they can do the promise to pay as my salary is now the 7th and not the 1st but no one is helping this is poor service and I use to be a very happy customer up to 2months ago. Where it is becoming a struggle to get them to reach out.
