poor customer service

The worst customer service I have received. They are very quick to sign up and charge you, but then nobody gets back to you. I have tried 3 times to order another service, I have existing products from them, when I called to query when it will be delivered, they informed me they don't know as its with CCD couriers. After contacting CCD couriers, they said there is nothing on the system, I then called Rain again, yet they also couldn't help. When I called today, after cancelling my service, I was told the refund can take 10 business days, for a product I never received. I went to one of their competitors, ordered on Friday and Monday received everything. Rain used to have great customer service but now I won't use them again.
