poor customer service

i bought my first sim in 21 April 2020 got delivered 24th April , but it never worked, i changed APN , still nothing, i emailed RAIN no reply. everyone else in our apartment their sim are working.

so i decided to get another one

I ordered RAIN sim card on the 3rd May, then on the 8th May RAM sent me an SMS stating that they will be delivering my sim, until now RAM has not delivered my sim nor sent another sms to apologies or give anther date of delivery.
